Allianz Nigeria Insurance Ltd has partnered with the winner of the #AllianzSocialImpactFund, the NOVA Diamond Foundation, to provide over 2,000 differently abled youths with hands-on, in-demand digital skills, allowing them to reach their full potential and contribute to the nation's development.

With more differently abled youth equipped with digital skills and the necessary tools, there will be greater opportunities for them to acquire decent and sustainable job placements, productive employment that works for them, and equal compensation for work of similar worth.

The future of learning is digital, and this collaboration is opening exciting new opportunities for these young people to believe in themselves.

This collaboration will last three years, and participants will receive training in the following areas:

  • Social media management
  • Picture and video editing
  • UI/UX design
  • Website Designing
  • Copy Writing

Youths in Nigeria who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply. Participants will enjoy:

The initiative was created to improve underserved communities by offering basic training in Web design, social media management, UI/UX design, picture and video editing, and copywriting. This was done for the shared purpose of boosting the employment sector and preparing youth with disabilities for the future.
The training is entirely virtual.
Nigerian youths between 18 and 35who want to learn digital skills. This covers participants with physical, learning and other impairments.
